Stefanie is a partner in Reed Smith's Energy & Natural Resources Group. Her practice is primarily commercial litigation with a focus on oil and gas litigation, energy litigation, and environmental litigation and regulatory work. Stefanie represents natural gas companies in a wide variety of litigation, including lease and contract disputes, royalty disputes, encroachments, condemnations, statutory disputes, personal injury claims, and adversary proceedings in bankruptcy. She regularly practices before federal and state trial and appellate courts, and has tried cases to decision, including federal court jury trials and American Arbitration Association arbitration.  Stefanie also provides counsel on pipeline and natural gas storage issues, including negotiating and drafting rights-of-way, easements, and other agreements for her clients.
