Jacqueline is a senior paralegal in the Life Science & Health Industry group. She has litigation experience with mass tort, commercial, labor & employment, and intellectual property disputes, including proceedings before the Patent Trial and Appeal Board and the United States Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit. She is proficient in preparation for depositions, hearings, mediation, arbitration and trial, including preparing exhibits, exhibit lists, and deposition designations. Jacqueline also provides assistance preparing updates for clients, maintaining litigation calendars, procuring and analyzing records, collecting and organizing client documents for review and production, preparing summaries, chronologies and tracking charts, and conducting expert and fact witness research.
