She serves a part-time secondment for a financial client in Delaware providing support with claims alleging violations of federal and state regulations such as FDCPA, FCRA and UDAP.

Chinita is also experienced in pro bono work involving preparing homeless clients for Social Security Disability hearings, as well as assisting with obtaining financial assistance and housing. Her pro bono work also encompasses basic and intermediate tax preparation for low income families through Campaign for Working Families.
