Jemma qualified as a solicitor in 2008. Over the course of her career, Jemma has represented an array of clients in complex international commercial disputes, as well as transactions. Her experience and practice includes extensive periods in Asia, Australia, Europe and the United States. Jemma spent several years working at the coalface of the commodities industry, with Cargill International SA, based out of Geneva. She is renowned for her experience in cross border disputes (including international arbitration), as well as counselling in complex commercially sensitive matters. Jemma’s clients are diverse, and include those from the energy and natural resources, financial services, and construction industries.
