Laura is an associate of the Financial Industry Group, practicing in the area of Financial Services Litigation. Her practice focuses on representing major financial institutions in complex state and federal civil litigation involving allegations of unfair business practices, mortgages, consumer fraud, and predatory lending, including alleged violations of the Truth in Lending Act, the Real Estate Settlement Procedures Act, the Home Ownership and Equity Protection Act, and the NJ Consumer Fraud Act, among others.
