Gabrielle Conti is a staff attorney at Reed Smith Global Solutions – Pittsburgh. She defends financial institutions throughout all phases of litigation, handling matters arising under the Fair Credit Reporting Act, Fair Credit Billing Act, Truth in Lending Act, and state statutes involving breach of contract, negligence, defamation, debt collection and consumer protection.
Before joining Reed Smith, Gabrielle represented parents and children in Dependency Court as well as alleged incapacitated persons in Orphans’ Court. She also handled complex immigration cases and request for evidence responses for corporate clients in various industries, including energy, aviation, healthcare, technology and infrastructure.
After law school, Gabrielle clerked for the Honorable Judge John F. DiSalle. During law school, she interned for the Honorable Judge Kelly E. Bigley and the Pennsylvania Office of Attorney General – Child Predator Unit. She completed a full-time externship with the Department of Justice – Office of Privacy and Civil Liberties in Washington, D.C. during her final semester.
Outside of work, Gabrielle enjoys yoga, gardening, traveling and hiking. She also cares for her rescue pup, Hickory Jones, who she found on the side of the road during the COVID-19 pandemic.
