Sarah, senior associate in our Life Sciences Health Industry Group, focuses her practice on health care anti-corruption, regulatory, and litigation matters. Sarah counsels life sciences clients (including medical device and pharmaceutical companies, DMEPOS suppliers, hospitals, retail pharmacy chains, and universities) on a wide variety of fraud and abuse matters, including responding to state and federal government investigations, conducting internal investigations, and defending against qui tam and whistleblower lawsuits under the federal False Claims Act. In addition, she also has experience with federal congressional investigations related to the health care industry and has represented clients in responding to multiple subpoenas issued by the U.S. House Oversight and Government Reform Committee in a high profile investigation.
