Stefanie is an associate with Reed Smith’s Global Regulatory Enforcement Group. Her practice focuses on corporate investigations and FCPA-related compliance. Prior to joining the firm, Stefanie worked as a lawyer with a leading multinational corporation at its U.S. and China offices, where she advised clients on mergers and acquisitions, anti-bribery and antitrust compliance, data protection, trade and structured finance, as well as other general corporate matters.
