Sid represents national, regional and community banks with the drafting of loan documents for multi-million dollar commercial real estate acquisitions and developments. He has also negotiated and drafted construction loan documents and conducted borrower and collateral due diligence, assisting the closing of secured lending transactions. He has negotiated local lending institution transaction disputes with state and federal government agencies.
He is experienced in deed review, title commitments and commercial leases. Sid also advises clients with corporation organizational documents and commercial property purchase and sale agreements. He has researched and analyzed real estate issues surrounding Deeds of Trust, creating forms for differing state rules and regulations.
He served as the Managing Justice for Moot Court and represented George Mason University School of Law at the Alternative Dispute Resolution Regional Competition. While attending law school, Sid interned at the Virginia Court of Appeals for the Honorable Rossie D. Alston, Jr. Sid was also a legal intern at First American Title, where he gained experience in real estate transactions.
