Patil Derderian is an associate in our litigation department and has experience conducting legal research and drafting memorandum involving both state and federal procedural and substantive matters, including: federal jurisdictional and removal issues, electronic discovery, Telephone Consumer Protection Act, California False Claims Act, and labor and employment claims. Patil also recently handled a guardianship case through the Alliance for Children’s Right program where she filed guardianship documents with the court, and attended a temporary guardianship hearing.
