Patil Derderian is a member of the firm’s Complex Litigation Group, and also actively involved with Financial Industry Group matters. Patil has experience attending hearings, conducting legal research, forming litigation strategy, and drafting memorandums, settlement agreements and motions involving both state and federal procedural and substantive matters related to: federal jurisdictional and removal issues, electronic discovery, Telephone Consumer Protection Act , bankruptcy, foreclosure, financial services, malpractice, and labor and employment claims. Patil also assists in pro bono matters, involving guardianship, quiet title, and unlawful detentions.
