Rob is a senior paralegal focusing on all types of general litigation matters, with considerable experience in litigation involving the energy, construction, and heavy manufacturing industries. He is experienced in assisting attorneys in all phases of litigation, including, but not limited to, initial case assessment; preparing discovery and document management plans; legal and factual research; preparing depositions; preparing cases for mediation, arbitration and/or trial; and post-trial and appellate matters. He has significant experience working closely with clients and experts during both discovery and at trial. Rob also provides considerable assistance in drafting pleadings and discovery.
