Rebecca is a member of the Life Sciences Health Industry Group, practicing in the area of health care regulatory law. Her practice focuses on regulatory compliance, including FDA regulatory compliance, health care licensing matters, Medicare reimbursement, HIPAA, and fraud and abuse issues. She has assisted a variety of health care providers, suppliers, and manufacturers, including DMEPOS suppliers, post-acute care providers, radiology groups, IDTFs, HIPAA covered entities and business associates, clinical trial sites, and medical device manufacturers. Her experience spans regulatory, compliance, and transactional matters. Rebecca is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania and the District of Columbia. In New York, she is supervised by the principals of the firm.
