Bradley joined Reed Smith in 2016 as an Associate in the firm’s Insurance Recovery Group. His practice focuses on resolving insurance coverage disputes, including assisting with mediation, arbitration, and litigation, on behalf of corporate and individual policyholders in a wide range of industries. He is experienced in handling coverage disputes arising under, among other areas, directors’ and officers’ (D&O) liability insurance, errors and omissions (E&O) liability insurance, and commercial general liability (CGL) insurance.. Additionally, Bradley has experience in complex commercial litigation matters and white collar defense and investigations.
