Ed is an experienced antitrust lawyer and commercial litigator with experience representing clients in jury trials, domestic and international arbitrations, and regulatory investigations. He has significant experience representing and advising clients in a wide range of industries, including health care providers and insurers, energy exploration and production companies, pharmaceutical manufacturers, and chemical companies. In addition to litigating on behalf of clients and defending clients in antitrust investigations, Ed also provides counseling to clients on antitrust, anti-corruption, and securities compliance. He also has extensive experience with and writes regularly on antitrust issues, transnational regulatory investigations, and multi-jurisdictional litigation and compliance strategies.
