
Brian is an associate in Reed Smith’s Global Commercial Disputes Group. He primarily represents regulated entities facing civil and regulatory actions. He also acts for present and former directors and officers in the defence of personal civil and regulatory actions.
Brian practised for a number of years with one of Ireland’s largest commercial firms, where he acted on some of the leading cases before the Irish Commercial Court, and on the defence of the Central Bank of Ireland’s first statutory inquiry. He also advised on the defence of numerous other statutory inquiries and investigations, including the Irish parliamentary inquiry into the banking crisis.
