Tina is a senior litigation paralegal in the Life Sciences Health Industry Group in the area of product liability, focusing on complex mass tort and multi-district litigation pharmaceutical and medical device matters, such as contraceptives, diet drugs, female and male hormone replacement therapy, and surgical mesh. Her experience in case development includes fact analysis, scientific and regulatory issues, the discovery process, expert development, preparation for and attendance at depositions, document management, and trial preparation. She has extensive experience in all aspects of medical, scientific, and regulatory expert witnesses, from locating and vetting to reports and testimony, and in analyzing medical and scientific literature in order to determine and summarize studies that can be relied on to establish alternate causation, and support or refute the facts or claims of the matter.
