Patrick is a senior associate in Reed Smith’s Complex Litigation Group whose practice covers business and corporate disputes, financial services litigation, class action and multi-district litigation, commercial arbitration, and fiduciary litigation.  Patrick has represented corporate and individual clients in complex matters involving U.S. and international contract claims, Ponzi / pyramid schemes and other financial frauds, consumer and investor class actions, consumer protection laws, contests over charitable funds donated to not-for-profit institutions, Section 1983 claims, securities lending programs, mortgage lending and servicing claims, and commercial disputes involving sales of goods, commissions, licensing, tortious interference, unfair competition, non-competition / non-solicitation agreements, trade secrets, and anticipatory repudiation / force majeure declarations.
