Robert’s practice involves representing clients before the United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) and the European Patent Office (EPO), as well as before the courts of New York and New Jersey.
Robert has significant experience with domestic and international patent preparation and prosecution, post-grant patent proceedings, patent litigation, and advising on matters such as patentability, patent enforcement, patent infringement risk / freedom to operate, patent design-around strategy, and patent portfolio management. Robert’s technical focus is centered on a diverse range of subject-matter including the arts of mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, artificial intelligence, materials, optics, biotechnology, information technology, and designs.
