Mike is an experienced litigator and legal consultant in the firm’s Complex Litigation Group.  First and foremost, he is a problem solver.  He has successfully represented large national and international companies, small businesses and individuals in litigation matters of various shapes and sizes at all stages of the litigation lifecycle.  He has tried cases to successful outcomes in federal and state courts, administrative agencies and in arbitration forums.  He has obtained multi-million dollar awards and settlements for clients and has successfully defended public and private companies and high net worth individuals in a variety of commercial disputes.  He has considerable experience handling appeals in both federal and state appellate courts.  Mike complements his litigation experience by serving as an arbitrator in the Philadelphia Court of Common Pleas compulsory arbitration program for a variety of litigation matters.
