Cathy joined Reed Smith in 2013 as a member of the Records & E-Discovery Group. She has more than three years e-discovery experience, including analyzing client documents for privilege, responsiveness, and confidentiality, as well as assisting with privilege log preparation and redactions.
She has also served in a supervisory role in several matters. For a large pharmaceutical client, she supervised a team of contract attorneys and law clerks on a redaction project involving over 1.2 million pages of material in addition to a substantive review of over a half million documents. Cathy also has experience assisting with deposition preparation and performing database searches.
Cathy’s experience extends beyond traditional document review, including a recent assignment where she assisted a health care case team with the analysis of expert witness reports.
