Jason is an associate in the State Tax Group in Reed Smith's New York office. Jason focuses his practice on various state and local tax matters, including corporate income/franchise tax, sales and use tax, and credits and incentives. While working on personal income tax cases, Jason represents individuals with New York State and City Residency Tax Audits.
