Dana is an associate in Reed Smith's Labor & Employment Group. Dana defends employers against claims of discrimination, harassment, retaliation, whistleblower retaliation, and violations of wage and hour laws. She also defends union employers against claims of unfair labor practices and violations of collective bargaining agreements. Her work includes advising union and non-union employers on personnel policies, employee handbooks, and labor law compliance.
