Billy has broad experience working on a variety of banking and finance matters, focusing in particular on fund finance and net asset value (NAV) facilities, general corporate lending, and private credit transactions, although he also has experience in leveraged, real estate, and project finance. Billy regularly represents both lenders (including established financial institutions and alternative credit providers) and borrowers across a range of different jurisdictions and sectors.

Prior to joining Reed Smith in 2021, Billy worked in the London office of another international law firm, where he also trained.
