Christine is an associate in the firm’s Tech & Data group, whose practice focuses on matters relating to data privacy, cybersecurity, and information governance.

She has worked on a wide range of matters, advising clients on compliance with state, federal, and international privacy and security regimes, including the California Consumer Protection Act (CCPA), the New York SHIELD Act, the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Rule (COPPA), the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA), the Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act (GLBA), and the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Christine has experience drafting and reviewing privacy policies, website terms of use, information security policies, and data sharing agreements. She has counseled clients on strategies for the collection, use, retention, and protection of data, and advised on breach response and notification obligations. Christine  frequently assesses privacy and security risks present in mergers and acquisitions, and recommends approaches for remediating deficiencies.
