Sheri's practice focuses on real estate and corporate finance transactions. Her real estate experience includes the representation of commercial banks and other lending institutions in connection with real estate financing transactions, including construction and mortgage loan financing. She has managed more than a dozen large commercial mortgage-backed securities financing transactions on behalf of mortgage loan originators involving multifamily properties located throughout the United States. She also represents lenders and financial institutions in loan restructuring transactions, modifications and workouts and represents clients in connection with acquisitions, dispositions and leasing of commercial properties.
