Roger is an associate in our Global Regulatory Enforcement Group.
His practice focuses primarily on representing clients on a variety of legal and policy matters before state attorneys general, as well as other state and federal enforcement agencies and policymakers. Roger helps clients navigate liability issues related to antitrust enforcement, data privacy and information security, environmental and climate concerns, and health care regulation. In addition to his substantive legal experience, Roger is skilled in developing strategic communications and public relations plans to help companies during litigation and investigations.
