Neimann is an associate in Reed Smith’s Houston office. His experience includes corporate and securities transactions for a variety of clients. In addition to his experience with mergers and acquisitions for private and public companies, he has experience drafting public securities documents for filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission, as well as forming and advising special purpose acquisition companies (SPACs). He counsels clients in connection with stock exchange listings and initial public offerings. In addition, Neimann advises clients and their boards of directors on corporate governance matters and business combination transactions.
