Jonathan is an associate in the firm’s Global Commercial Disputes Group. He is an experienced litigator who represents multinational companies and high-net-worth individuals in complex, high-stakes business disputes involving litigation in federal and state courts as well as arbitration. In his varied practice, Jonathan has represented and advised clients in connection with disputes involving claims for breach of contract, breach of fiduciary duty, violations of securities laws, defamation, copyright infringement, replevin, and conversion. Jonathan also has substantial experience representing and advising clients in connection with proceedings seeking Section 1782 discovery in aid of foreign proceedings.
