Ed counsels public employee retirement systems, ERISA plans, and public and private pension and benefits fiduciaries. He represents those clients in class actions, other court cases, and administrative proceedings. Ed also has 30 years’ experience advising about all aspects of California and federal employment law. He helps clients craft employment, severance, and other agreements, address day-to-day personnel issues, and manage workforce reorganizations, mergers, and acquisitions.
