Ama Gyimah is an associate in the Commercial Disputes - Managed Care Group. Ama has experience representing managed care clients in disputes involving ERISA, bad faith, behavioral health claims, including claims under the Affordable Care Act and Mental Health Parity and Addiction Equity Act. Prior to joining Reed Smith, she represented hospitals, long-term care facilities, and nursing homes in litigation, including handling of written discovery, taking and defending depositions, and drafting and arguing motions in court.
