Kaitlin’s practice focuses on representing clients on a wide range of labor and employment matters, including wage and hours class actions and single plaintiff claims of discrimination, harassment, retaliation, and wrongful termination. Kaitlin also counsels clients on employment best practices and compliance issues with an eye toward optimal risk management. She regularly drafts and reviews employee handbooks, arbitration agreements, and other employment contracts and policies.
