E.N. is a transactional attorney in the Entertainment & Media Industry Group. E.N.’s practice centers around global mergers and acquisitions, financing arrangements and a variety of standard and bespoke agreements for clients in all areas of entertainment and beyond, including music, television and film, literary, gaming, podcasts and new and digital media services. E.N. has advised both sell-side and buy-side clients in mergers and acquisition, and both investor-side and investee-side clients in financings, and has significant experience in drafting and negotiating primary and ancillary documents in connection with such matters, including purchase agreements, debt and equity financing documents, shareholder and LLC agreements, and early-stage investment documents. 

E.N. also serves as outside general counsel and has advised clients in all aspects of their business, including entity formation, corporate governance, enterprise agreements, creating form agreements and policy documents, and other transactional matters. Additionally, E.N. counsels company and individual entertainment clients, and has drafted and negotiated agreements on their behalf, in connection with a variety of matters including marketing and advertising, sponsorships and endorsements, publishing, production, and talent services arrangements.
