Grace is a member of Reed Smith’s Energy and Natural Resources Group. She focuses her practice on environmental, health and safety, and cultural resources litigation, regulation, and transactions. Grace also practices toxic tort litigation, focusing on disputes involving benzene and benzene-containing substances. She is a member of the Reed Smith team that serves as National Coordinating Counsel for a global energy company’s benzene litigation nationwide.
Prior to her legal career, Grace worked as a Historic Preservation Specialist and Geographic Information Systems Technician at SWCA Environmental Consultants. She is a Secretary of the Interior qualified historic preservation specialist and historian. Grace has worked on a wide variety of preservation projects from aiding clients in obtaining historic preservation tax credits to achieving listing in the National Register of Historic Places. She has also aided clients in successfully navigating preservation compliance requirements for major oil and gas developments.
