Linda is a partner in Reed Smith’s Labor & Employment Group. She represents employers in various labor and employment matters and specializes in cases involving wrongful discharge litigation, employment discrimination, Fair Credit Reporting Act claims arising out of criminal background checks and wage and hour class actions. Linda also counsels employers on all aspects of employment law including sexual harassment, disability discrimination, dispute resolution and arbitration, employee handbooks and personal practices, and employee discipline and discharge matters.
