Michael is an associate in the Entertainment and Media Industry Group. His practice focuses on advertising and marketing, advertising compliance, digital and social media, sweepstakes and promotions, consumer protection, and consumer finance. Michael advises clients on advertising, media, and technology matters. He drafts, reviews, and negotiates a range of agreements, including master services agreements, influencer agreements, media planning/buying agreements, sponsorship agreements, and contests and sweepstakes rules.
