Scott is a member of the Financial Industry Group, practicing in the area of financial services litigation, class action defense, general commercial litigation, bankruptcy litigation, as well as appellate law. Scott represents financial services companies and credit card issuers, including national banks; apparel and textile manufacturers; and numerous corporate clients, including some of the largest retailers in the country.. Among Scott's noteworthy appellate cases is Rose v. Bank of America, N.A., 200 Cal. App.4th 1441, (Nov.21, 2011).
