Nicole has represented clients in state and federal courts throughout Pennsylvania and New Jersey. She has handled every aspect of the litigation process, including drafting pleadings and discovery, taking and defending depositions, negotiating settlements, preparing for trial, and advocating at oral arguments, hearings, and arbitrations.

Prior to joining Reed Smith, Nicole practiced at a Philadelphia firm, where she defended complex civil litigation cases. She represented clients in a wide range of practice areas, including products liability, professional negligence, construction defects, dram shop, toxic torts, and trucking accidents.
