Margaret “Maggie” Kamm is an associate in the firm’s Chicago office and a member of the Private Client Services team in the firm’s Global Corporate Group where she handles a wide range of matters, including administering decedent’s estates and trusts and counseling individuals and families to help them achieve their estate planning and wealth transfer goals. Additionally, Maggie has assisted families and corporate trustees with trust decantings, disputed estates, and non-judicial settlement agreements. Maggie also has experience preparing estate tax returns, annual income and gift taxes and obtaining tax-exempt status for private foundations and other nonprofit organizations.
