David is an Associate in Reed Smith’s Financial Industry Group where he represents clients on various corporate transactions.  His work focuses on corporate finance, stock and asset transfers, and transactional matters in loan restructurings and distressed debt investing.  David also has a focus on secondary market trading involving syndicated loans, private debt and equity securities and other distressed and illiquid assets in the U.S. and in foreign jurisdictions.  His work includes negotiating and drafting bespoke and standardized commercial contracts for clients in multiple industries, analyzing credit and governing documents, providing structuring advice, and navigating complex closing mechanics.
