John is a staff attorney with more than 20 years of experience and a particular focus on litigation. In his role as a staff attorney, John represents major banks by handling and defending a variety of banking- and mortgage-related litigation matters in states including Maryland, the District of Columbia, West Virginia and Pennsylvania. Amongst his typical caseload are claims involving allegations of fraud, violations of the Unfair Trade Practices and Consumer Protection Law, Fair Debt Collection Practices Act, Fair Credit Reporting Act, Truth in Lending Act, Real Estate Settlement Procedures Act. Although his work includes all phases of litigation, including pleadings, discovery, dispositive motions, and trial, his primary focus is on working out the most favorable and cost-efficient resolutions for his clients and avoiding extended litigation is possible.
