Indeg joined Richards Butler in 1994, qualified into the Real Estate Group in 1996 and later became Counsel in 2010.
Her Real Estate practice covers all aspects of commercial property development, investment and corporate real estate (including real estate aspects of M&A transactions) representing a range of occupiers, developers and investors with particular emphasis on property related in work in the leisure sector and development work.
Indeg also specialises in all aspects of environmental law matters ranging from advising on contaminated land issues to industrial site-related statutory compliance issues. In addition, she advises on environmental compliance issues arising on acquisitions and disposals of property interests, companies and/or their assets.
