Samuel Kim has over 15 years of litigation and court experience both in front of and behind the bench. Samuel’s experience includes jury and bench trials, mediations, settlement conferences, depositions, drafting and arguing motions, engaging with financial experts, and conducting discovery. He has represented clients in complex civil litigation involving trade secrets, trademark infringement, class actions, antitrust, and breach of contract claims in federal and state courts.
