Yuri is a senior associate in the Financial Industry Group at Reed Smith in London. She advises sponsors/borrowers (including government-affiliated entities) and lenders (including ECAs and DFIs) on a variety of cross-border project financing and acquisition financing transactions in the sphere of infrastructure, power, and oil and gas. Her work covers both the financing and development sides of project finance ranging from common terms agreements and individual facility agreements to concession agreements, joint venture agreements and offtake agreements.
