Emily is an associate in the Global Corporate Group within the Private Equity Debt Finance team. She has experience representing direct lenders and credit providers in a variety of complex financings and credit arrangements, including sponsor-backed acquisition financings, asset-based loans, restructurings, forbearances and cross-border and multi-currency financings, across a wide range of industries.
