Moshe Kupietzky is a member of the Global Corporate Group. Moshe represents buyers and sellers in multi-jurisdictional M&A transactions as well as strategic and financial parties in private investment and joint venture transactions. Moshe also represents credit parties in various financing transactions, emphasizing transactions in the entertainment industry. Moshe has over 40 years of experience representing clients in the music and film industries and his recent entertainment industry experience includes acquisition, disposition and financing transactions involving music publishing catalogs, film libraries, television production companies and music rights societies. Moshe has also represented major international companies in strategic joint ventures and investments.
