Moshe Kupietzky is a member of the Global Corporate Group. Moshe represents buyers and sellers in multi-jurisdictional M&A transactions as well as both lenders and borrowers in secured and unsecured finance transactions. Moshe has significant experience in various types of transactions involving individual motion pictures, the entertainment industry, representing clients in the music, film and related fields. His recent media and entertainment industry experience includes acquisition, disposition and financing transactions involving music publishing catalogues, film libraries, television production companies, music rights societies, music and print publishing and internet and new media segments. Moshe has also represented major international companies in strategic joint ventures and investments, and onshore and offshore financiers in transactions involving intellectual property assets.
