Maggie is an associate in the dispute resolution team. She is a well-rounded lawyer in dispute resolution with expertise in international arbitration, commercial litigation, liquidation and restructuring, construction and shipping disputes. Maggie has represented clients in courts, HKIAC, LMAA and HKMAG arbitrations and ad hoc proceedings.
Maggie has advised and acted for Asia-based clients including state-owned entities and multinational corporations, on matters such as obtaining injunctions and disclosure orders in the context of email fraud, cross-border asset recovery, enforcement of arbitration awards and oral examination of a judgment debtor.
