She counsels clients on data privacy and security issues relevant to data usage and rights, advertising and marketing, connected devices, digital health, research collaborations, and artificial intelligence, as well as cybersecurity incident planning and response. She advises clients on compliance with data privacy and information security laws, including the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), and the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA).
