Tessa Lessner’s practice focuses on litigating and resolving complex litigation matters as part of the Managed Care Team where she assists managed care and health insurance companies on issues including medical policy, provider reimbursement (e.g., direct pay, reimbursement rate), member benefits and bad faith denial of benefits, Employee Retirement Income Security Act of 1974 (ERISA) and general commercial and indemnity.
