Lloyd is a member of the firm’s Financial Industry Group. Lloyd has substantial experience representing traditional and nontraditional secured lenders, landlords, post-petition lenders, asset purchasers, chapter 7 trustees, bond holders, general unsecured creditors, and unsecured creditors' committees. His practice is primarily focused on complex chapter 11 cases; however, he has experience in all areas of bankruptcy law, including mid-market chapter 11 cases and chapter 7 cases. Lloyd also has experience with representing clients in out of court restructurings and workouts, including Article 9 sales transactions.
