Halani deals with a wide range of dry shipping disputes, working principally for shipowners, charterers and their insurers. Her experience includes all types of charterparty, bill of lading, and contract of affreightment disputes, as well as shipbuilding and MOA disputes.
She also has experience advising on piracy / war risks issues and drafting / reviewing contracts of affreightment including for large-scale transportation and transhipment projects.
